Why Homeowners Choose This Service

Preserve Structural Integrity
Water infiltration is the leading cause of foundation deterioration in New Jersey. Our waterproofing systems intercept moisture before it can erode concrete, corrode rebar, or destabilize footings -- preventing cracks, settling, and expensive structural repairs down the road.
Healthier Indoor Air Quality
Up to 50% of the air circulating on your first floor originates from below grade. By eliminating basement moisture at its source, we stop mold, mildew, and bacterial growth that trigger allergies, asthma, and respiratory issues throughout your entire home.
Protect Your Property Value
A wet basement can reduce your home's market value by 10 to 25 percent. Our professionally installed systems come with a lifetime transferable warranty that reassures future buyers and strengthens your position at resale.
Gain Usable Living Space
A dry basement is a usable basement. Once waterproofed, your below-grade space can be confidently finished as a family room, home office, gym, or guest suite -- adding hundreds of square feet of functional living area to your home.
Reduce Energy Costs
Moisture-laden basements force your HVAC system to work harder to condition damp air. Proper waterproofing combined with vapor barriers lowers indoor humidity, reduces the load on your heating and cooling equipment, and can cut related energy costs by up to 15 percent.
Customized Multi-Layer Defense
Every home has unique soil conditions, grading, and construction. We engineer a tailored waterproofing plan combining interior drain tile, exterior membranes, sump pump systems, crack injection, and vapor barriers to address your specific water intrusion points.

Our Proven Process

  1. 1

    Comprehensive Moisture Inspection

A certified waterproofing specialist inspects your basement inside and out, using moisture meters, thermal imaging, and visual analysis to identify every water entry point. We assess wall cracks, floor-wall joints, window wells, pipe penetrations, and exterior grading to build a complete moisture profile of your home.

  2. 2

    Custom System Design

Based on the inspection findings, we design a multi-layer waterproofing system tailored to your home's specific conditions. This includes selecting the right combination of interior drain tile, exterior membrane, sump pump capacity, and vapor barrier thickness to address New Jersey's high water table and clay soil challenges.

  3. 3

Interior Drain Tile & Crack Injection

We install a perimeter drain tile system along the interior footing, channeling subsurface water to a central collection point. Active wall cracks are injected with flexible polyurethane or structural epoxy to create a watertight seal that moves with your foundation through freeze-thaw cycles.

  4. 4

    Sump Pump System Installation

A properly sized sump pit and primary pump are installed at the lowest point of the drainage system. We include a battery backup pump to protect against power outages during New Jersey storms, and equip the system with a check valve and discharge line routed to daylight away from the foundation.

  5. 5

Exterior Membrane & Vapor Barrier Application

Where exterior access is required, we excavate to the footing, apply a spray-on or sheet-applied waterproof membrane to the foundation wall, and install drainage board to protect the membrane and channel water to the footing drain. Interior walls receive a vapor barrier where needed to prevent condensation.

  6. 6

    Final Testing & Warranty Activation

Every system component is tested under simulated water conditions. We verify drain flow rates, pump operation, backup battery function, and membrane adhesion. You receive a detailed project report, maintenance instructions, and your lifetime transferable warranty documentation.
