Church Daycare Water Intrusion & Wall Stabilization
A church daycare facility in South Amboy was experiencing severe water intrusion and wall failure in its unreinforced block foundation. The project required a multi-pronged approach combining helical pier tie-backs to stabilize the failing walls and carbon fiber reinforcement straps to prevent further movement. This commercial project demanded precise engineering to protect a facility serving children while maintaining the building's structural integrity.

Project Outcome
The failing walls were fully stabilized using helical pier tie-backs and carbon fiber reinforcement straps. Water intrusion was eliminated, and the unreinforced block foundation now has the structural support it needs for long-term stability. The daycare facility was able to resume normal operations with confidence in the building's safety and a dry, protected foundation.
