Johnson Home Foundation Stabilization
The Johnson family noticed widening cracks in their basement walls and doors that no longer closed properly. A structural assessment revealed the home's foundation had settled unevenly due to poorly compacted fill soil. We installed eight helical piers along the south and west walls to permanently stabilize the structure, then repaired and sealed the resulting cracks with carbon-fiber reinforcement.

Project Outcome
Foundation settlement halted immediately after pier installation. Follow-up monitoring over twelve months confirmed zero additional movement. Interior crack repairs restored the wall surface, and all doors and windows in the home now open and close correctly. The Johnsons avoided a full foundation replacement that had been estimated at over $80,000.
