Three-Family Home Foundation Revival
A three-family home in Harrison required extensive foundation rehabilitation after the basement was found to contain approximately eight tons of compromised soil undermining the foundation. The project involved complete removal of the damaged material, installation of new Parallam beams to restore structural support, and construction of new footings to provide a solid base for the repaired foundation system.

Project Outcome
Eight tons of compromised soil were removed and replaced with properly engineered structural support. New Parallam beams and footings now provide a solid, code-compliant foundation for the three-family home. The building was stabilized without requiring tenant relocation during the majority of the work, and the completed repair ensures long-term structural safety for all three units.
