Second-Story Load-Bearing Beam Replacement
A residential property in Atlantic Highlands required replacement of a second-story load-bearing beam that had deteriorated and was compromising the structural integrity of the home. This project demonstrated specialized expertise in above-grade structural repair, setting us apart from typical contractors. The work involved temporary shoring of the second floor, removal of the compromised beam, and installation of a new engineered beam rated for the required load.
